Bidding for the consultancy service contracts of the ODA “Natural Disaster Risk Management” Project.
The Government of Vietnam has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) for the “Natural Disaster Risk Management” Project (Loan Cr.4114-VN) and other non-refundable grants from the Government of the Netherlands, the Government of Japan co-funding the project to cover the legal expenditures for the consultancy service contracts.

ANNOUNCEMENT ON INVITATION OF

 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST APPLICATION

 

The Government of Vietnam has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) for the “Natural Disaster Risk Management” Project (Loan Cr.4114-VN) and other non-refundable grants from the Government of the Netherlands, the Government of Japan co-funding the project to cover the legal expenditures for the consultancy service contracts.

To carry out the project activities, the Central Project Office (CPO) under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) needs to mobilize several consultancy firms with the main contents as follows:

Time for issuing the Expression of Interest dossiers is from 29 August, 2008

 

CPO would like to invite experienced and eligible consultancy organizations and firms to apply proposals for expression of interest (EoI) for the above consultancy service implementation. The proposals for EoI should be made according to the form issued by CPO, the consulting firms will receive EoI dossiers (free) at CPO’s address (during the working time).

Consultants will be selected according to World Bank’s procedures and guidelines.

Expression of Interest should be prepared into 01 original copy and 02 copies in Vietnamese for the bidding packages following CQ bidding methods and English and Vietnamese for packages following QCBS methods.
