The ACF 3rd International Conference on SUSTAINABLE CONCRETE TECHNOLOGY & STRUCTURES IN LOCAL CLIMATE AND ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS jointly organized by Asian Concrete Federation & Vietnam Concrete Association, supported by Vietnam Ministry of Construction & Vietnam Federation of Civil Enginerring Associations, was in two days of November 11 – 12, 2008, Hochiminh City, Vietnam. About 300 participants come from Vietnam, Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, Australia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Iran, India, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Slovakia, Germany,… 158 presentations have delivered at the Plenary Session with 6 keynote papers and 5 parallel Technical Sessions (see in detail here “Download!”).
