Professor Emeritus Ray W. Clough passed away
I have just learned that Ray W. Clough, who was co-author of the still valid and widely used ICOLD Bulletin 52 "Earthquake Analysis Procedures for Dams, State-of-the-Art" (1986), has passed away a month ago.
